My favorite, one that I do a lot for my MP3's because I love to do it, is a short girl who wants to be taller to gain the attention of someone and thinks whatever she is doing isn't working, then later, it surprisingly does. It works so well that she becomes over amazon sized, and forgets about attracting the attention she once wanted, she now has to grow just to feel the sensation over and over.

For me there's no minimum or maximum size. She just wants to do it to experience the pleasure of change.
