One of the new animes this season. A guy who plays on MMO meets the members of his guild irl, and finds that the 2 other male characters are actually girls that attend his same school. After that, in episode 2, we see their in-game avatars switch back and forth to their real selves a few times. The first bit is just a fade-in, but there's some quick process a few times after that. This could be a recurring thing.
