I don't know if it is part of an anthology or not, but in it this dominatrix uses a machine to turn a guy into a pregnant woman for this couple. As I recall, the couple liked to roleplay the fact that their daughter (the guy) coming home pregnant and being disappointed and smacking her around a bit. The lactation was real for the guy, but I think she used some sort of substance to imitate the pregnant belly too. I never got a name for this comic or even who drew it, so I have nothing to go on other than the fact that it was definitely western drawn. Anybody have any ideas?
