I just saw the episode. Leah, Shimmer and Shine end up getting shrunk by Zeta's Size Gem.

Half-way though the episode, Zeta's plan backfires and Shimmer returns Shine, Leah and herself back to normal size and uses the gem on Zeta making her shrink and she stays like at the very end of episode.
