I haven't looked at the clip. but I have watched all but the last two episodes. (I have them on my HD, just haven't gotten around to watching them).
If it is what I think it is, it's the first or second episode. Dokuro has her halo taken away, and what does it do? Why it gives her Montezuma's Revenge style diarhea! Before long she looks gaunt and wasted, but when she gets it back she turns to normal along with a nice BE bit, which is probably what the clip is.
