No process, at least not regarding her clothes, magical transformation. There is a short transformation involving the girl that is introduced at the end of the chapter, sort of a spin-off sequel titled Mahou Shoujo Magical Saki (魔法少女マジカル☆サキ).
One of the pages indicates last or final chapter, I guess along with the opening and credits this is supposed to be a spoof, but I am not completely sure.
