I have to wonder where the source of these scans originated, they're not on any DB I can think of, they might as well not exist for all I know.
This is a one-shot, even if it says New Series Start, it was put there as an announcement of the ending of the previous work, Tenshi no Katte.
I believe I checked most, if not all of the one-shots from Kiki that had scans, but I do remember one or two that back then didn't have scans.
