I'm of the mind that shrinking my wife might not be the best idea, she loves to indulge in the fantasy for me but I've developed quite the SM fetish over time, so I'd probably be the one to take it. But if I'm going full fantasy, I'd imagine a college sorority, and one girls last chance at getting in is to take the pill and be at the mercy of the other girls while shrinking/shrunk.
