Well hopefully it will be about her becoming a werewolf and not just about her son becoming one after she dies giving birth to him. It's clear she's starting to change, but even under the full moon all you see happen to her in the trailer is eyes, teeth, and a bit of mental change. So much of what's said and hinted at the in the trailer seems to mean it's going to focus on the child and the idea of raising this monster to be civilized... and not the woman dealing with becoming a monster herself. So my guess is either:

A. She dies in childbirth and the baby is raised by someone else.
B. The mild changes she goes through during pregnancy don't persist after giving birth and she tries to raise the child along with the nanny.

Either way, the slight change of eyes, teeth, and mild feral personality shift is probably all that will happen with her. That's my prediction based on the trailer anyway.
