Actually... legally no. Because of how society is changing no one would really do anything that sexualized in any recent anime. At most it would probably be a poof thing to not get in trouble. So at most, it would probably just be body shifting like gas effects for most shonen. And I'm not talking about like... fanmade porn stuff.
At most, it would probably be rather short and focus on storytelling.
