see if you can find some contact info on the site, a few sites still remember to do that these days, and you could get an account set up directly (assuming the Admin isn't a jerk or something).
if you cant find contact info, well, i hope someone here knows enough, and is nice enough to help you. though this is the internet, where mean people rule, men are men, women are men, and little girls are FBI agents.
also, to hertial, maybe he/she didnt think anyone would see it, or help him/her there. i know i dont bother with that section.
