Personally I don't like humorous BE myself, I'm more of a fan of the mysterious or tragic BE, but then I'm a huge fan of breast swapping and frequently employ that in my own writing. Not to say I won't read humorous BE, but for me the humor has to be refined. I've a dry sense of humor so most of what American's consider humor I consider Juvenile at best... of course you're not writing this exclusively for me, so feel free to take my opinion with a shot of tequila.
Sex is alright with consenting. Something I really liked was Ed Miller's Haunted House, there were times it was pretty silly but the TG'd guy who was slowly changing was described a tad crude but more along the lines that I personally enjoy, then just bam it's done.
All said and done No-Man sums up what I'm trying to say rather well. Hope that helps.
