I wouldn't do a Patreon unless you have a bunch of art to put in the story.

Its tough being a writer of fetish content these days. Put it on Amazon or Smashwords, and you might make a few bucks if that will help validate the time you spent on it.

But if you do that I'd run it through Grammarly a few times to get it polished.
