Not to put too fine a point on it, T, but we do have a support ticket system, and I'm the guy who usually handles support tickets. Just sayin'.
Anyway. There has been a rather significant recurring issue with delays in getting winners assigned and illustrated. With that in mind, we have recently hired a new staffer to handle the process, as previous moderator Valeyard Vince does a lot of different jobs for the company and kept having a hard time keeping all the plates spinning. Expect to see some movement soon.
