Yeah, but they USED to be really good at stretching those budgets to make really fun, weird movies. The bigger problem here is director Jim Wynorski, who hasn't made anything approaching a real movie since the 1980s (I highly recommend the documentary about him called Popatopolis, which documents his entire 3-day shoot for The Witches of Breastwick as a framing device for talking about his whole, bizarre career).
