Around the 20min mark. Guy has been TG'd into a busty girl in first episode as a revenge plot on his girlfriend (I think) and they try to undo the curse. Breasts shrink temporaily while still leaving them as a girl, then they grow back twice as big. They go back to their original size offscreen after a night's sleep. Sorry, don't have clip.
