The main character realizes that (basically) she's been impregnated by the devil, and she begins to undergo a rapid pregnancy. There's plenty of shots of her belly swelling up, probably one of the best scenes I've seen in a modern movie.

Since the movie is on streaming now, I recommend checking out the scene. The movie was decent, too.
