EDIT:Now if you want specific changes, you can tag 化 to the end of what you want. For example:
大人化 (Change to Adult)
幼児化 (Change to Infant)
老化 (Age Change)
You'll still be hard pressed to find content by relying on those keywords. I recommend lurking on communities where people openly discuss things like @wiki. I personally don't really care enough about AR/AP to seek out communities and collect titles with such content, so I can't really give you any personal recommendations, sorry.

It's ローマ字 (Romaji). The 'n' is a common error.
