What's sorta funny is during the end of the naruto: shippuudon episodes they have little skits that give some more info about characters and locations. In one a few episodes ago, it had sakura asking how to get such a great figure as tsunade (though she was obviously talking about her breasts). After a few minutes of tsunade 'beauty tips' naruto interupts, says tsunade's too big and if she was that big she wouldn't be able to move. He then says he prefers the flat sakura, only to be beaten up by both of them.
