It a new doujin by this guy, called AIRxx. You may have seen some of his other works.

There is a thread on it on 7898chan in the inflation subforum. (Don't be surprised if the link eventually turns out to be dead; The -Chan forums regularly prune threads.)

It seems like it just came out, and was only available at a con he went to; He has not put it up on one of the download sites either. I am sure it will eventually end up on the internet though. But as of this writing, it is not available anywhere online.
