Al, sorry but you come off as an ass. Maybe it's just you. In your case it's bes tto stick to "if you've nothign positive to say, say nothign at all"
Sylph, Probably better to say "If you're going to scan it, it might be better to put off coloring until you can do it in photoshop, you can get really good colors that way". This comes off as helpful.
I have to deal with situations like this every day. Ever tried telling a pissed off trucker that it's THIER fault you're not allowed to let them leave, because THEY didn't check thier truck before trying to leave with it? Angry truck drivers are a bad thing, especially when for some odd reason they can have you fired for doing your job.
