To me, it seems that it's explaining a character who seems to have little to no breasts when her jacket is closed, but clearly has gigantic boobs when it's open, with the idea that the has some kind of magic jaket that warps spacetime. I can't read anything in this, though, so I'm just guessing. I had a similar idea, but for a character whose breasts were larger than her body,and therefore needed to warp away her breasts to move, but I never did anything with it. I'll have to work on my art skills.
