Aside from the lack of punctuation, your pretty much wrong.
AFAIK, the only people who are actively pursuing lawsuits are the MPAA and RIAA.
Several software companies send out vaguely threatening e-mails, but they seems to just limit themselves to sending e-mails, and have yet to actually begin to bring lawsuits against copyright infringers.
In any case, since the game's copyright holder is in japan, and I have yet to even hear of any international cpyright infringement
complaints (let alone lawsuits), I don't think legal action is an issue here.
