weird, when I bought it, it was in RAR format, .bin is such an old format, weird that you got that from a newish site.
Here's some help for reading .bin format , but this hasn't happened to me.
For anyone wanting to open RAR archive files, I use
7-Zip, its free & opens nearly every archive format
