Oh it does. I figured more than a few of us might have a fantasy about a certain race because it would be outside their norm and give a more exotic feel to the story. Even if I add a character, like Radhi or Sung from The Supermarket, who easily come to mind because they are Arabic and Asian (Iranian and Korean more specifically) I try to build more into it than just having them as set pieces to fulfill the fantasy many of us may have to be with and watch a woman like them grow, I also want to make them into real people who interact with others in a workplace that just happens to be a trendy grocery store in a suburban town in the US. So hopefully, I can eventually keep readers interested along the way past the initial introduction
