Nobody does. Uncle Ben came back for 5 minutes with Doctor Strange's magic. Cypher was dead for 22 years. Wolfsbane will be back someday as well.
That being said I've never actually been a fan of that character. The
idea of the character, yes, the
actual character, no. She's done a lot of stupid shit for stupid reasons.
