Taking a look at the list of the chapters and the recent dates each was added, I think it's safe to say they are releasing a chapter each month nowadays:

On the other hand, I agree that it's a really neat manga in terms of both artstyle and plot. It would be nice to see it get an anime adaptation in the near future. The series has only had 3 animated OVA episodes so far, and I honestly think it deserves a proper anime adaption than just leaving it at that.
