I did have to double look from a perceptive point of view.

I see this is a woman freshly shrunk on the floor, looking at herself in her new state while a friend is still shrinking on a bed.

I think if the bed had a little more detail without taking away focus from the two subjects may solve the slight confusion with perspective. Other than that it's a very creative sketch which you could say it looks to feature process too.
