In the side story Date A Live Fragment: Date A Bullet 3 Kurumi goes up against a spirit called the White Queen(an alternate version of Kurumi). The White Queen steals alot of Kurumi's "time" rendering her with a much younger appearance.
There is also a pic of a adult Kurumi but I don't know anything about that.
