Have to make one. Looked into it a few years back and Poison Elf and I both found we just couldn't trust PayPal to not do a porn crackdown or Patreon to bow to pressure and start enforcing a no-porn interpretation of their rules. Seeing as I was sitting on a couple of years worth of work of Mind Control and Breast Expansion, and artists need to eat too, I couldn't risk going ahead with it. I don't think Poison Elf did either.
