I vaguely remember a scene from a superhero comic book where a Giganta-esque character (I'm pretty sure it wasn't Giganta herself) was turned into a mindless monkey/ape by a de-evolving ray, or something along those lines. Unfortunately I can't recall anything else about it.

Does anyone have an idea of what I'm talking about, and where I could find the sequence online?
