I think Otto you might have a bit of a problem with that definition simply because the size of the net becomes ambigous.

As has been said, a huge chunk of material could be considered "recruitment TG" under the broadest definitions. Even both of my stories could fit under it as both have women performing actions which result in the creation of more women.

The involuntary/voluntary issue muddies the waters and doesn't define the term.

What I would specify as "recruitment TG" is when you have a group of women creating more women for a specific group purpose. At the most simple this could be a runaway "contagious" process and then go from there.

In terms of my favorites in this subgenre, Solari's Night Skies Hotel Universe is a distinct gem.
