I don't believe in 'original characters' who have no actions, personality, or function outside of looking one way or another :P
I could list a whole slew of characters to which I wouldn't have minded an avatar based on, but then you'd process the hell out of them.
And they aren't me, or at the very least they don't coincide with anything I do.
Like Xellos being a friggin' troll.
Or minecraft slimes being so damned jolly looking, in spite of the fact that every one of them is trying to eat you.
And not in a sexual way.
