Couple of translation notes:
Bonney is asking specifically for 'donburi', a porcelain bowl heaped high with rice. I felt the more generic 'dish' word was a better cultural translation.
Urouge is referring to the leaders of the world government. In the subbed episodes of One Piece I've seen, they're called 'Celestial Dragons' so I've kept that convention here.
Trafalgar adds an idiosyncratic name suffix to everyone (you'll note him calling people [name]-ya in the anime) whose kanji means seller/dealer/shop owner. I tried to get an equivalent English term of address without knowing how they've dealt with it in the official dubs (which I haven't seen).
