You mean anything recent? nothing really comes to mind but there was an anime from the 90s I watched recently called "Video Girl Ai" where the main heroine's bust shrunk randomly.

It happens about after 6min mark, also happens in the manga with really no explanation and she stays flat/small-chested throughout it all.
