If you're wanting to not have to deal with OpenAI's restrictions on NSFW content, KoboldAI is an option. It has models that are explicitly trained on NSFW content and handles expansion and size content relatively well. It's a bit more of a pain to get going since you either need a beefy recent-ish nVidia GPU with a lot of VRAM or use Google Colab, which is spotty nowadays at best. There is a distributed client that you can use with the local installation, and that worked pretty well the one time I tried it out.
