Of course there is. Max's partner Brad is transformed into a woman on several occasions, when they're both forced to work as Foxgirls at Coffee Shrine in order to pay off their tab, and a few other characters have been TG'd in previous games, like Natara, Ryley and Zara, and they're still living in their TG'd forms from those games.
