No that is just for adding money to your account. It would be deposited in your account to use towards buying downloads or used for watching movies to stream which is set at $1 per minute.

Basically you have two options buy clips direct to download via a shopping cart like clips4sale or you can deposit money into your account by loading via that box. Then you have money in your account whenever you want to stream or download.

I use a different option for custom payments. Prices vary depending on my time and what the clip requires.
