The Tangled:Season 3 episode "Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf" features a female werewolf. There is a brief TF scene with clothes ripping, but no revert. Rapunzel also briefly becomes a werewolf, but it is in a dream sequence. I watched the episode here:
