I would try for a water-salt solution. Why salt? Because plain water screws with one's electrolyte balance and one could DIE from it ( LINK). Please do your research before even attempting something like this.

Thanks for the concern and tip about the salt. I'm well-aware that going too far with any of this can be fatal. I plan to make this fun, I don't want to force her into to it and I certainly don't want to hurt her.
As for enemas, those can be a bit...messy, so I'd like to stay away from them if possible.
