I came across this caption a long time ago, but it's disappeared from the internet. The write-up has an older brother sneaking into his younger sister's bedroom, and coming across her collection of Barbie dolls. He plays around with one of them, and ends up turning into an oversized Barbie girl himself. The caption ends with the Barbie girl wondering if the Ken doll she's holding "has a weiner."

The image shows a naked blonde/platinum blonde woman with her face turned away from the camera/viewer (although her butt is quite prominent), fondling a Ken doll. The color pink is EVERYWHERE in the picture.
