I'm trying to remember the name of a superhero fiction story that involved tg stuff. Basically the main character was a batman expy named Shade, trying to catch a poison ivy expy. She catches him in vines and finds out he's wearing women's underwear beneath his costume. So they, naturally, start having sex. Eventually her powers cause him to turn into a her.

Part of the backdrop involves superheroine losing her mind because the media crucifies her for lethally stopping a supervillain.
