Oh, I didn't even realize there was a movie.

Also, after going over that scene a few times I see that it's not a "fade out" that's going on. It's that her giant size clothes are being teleported over her body just after her normal size clothes explode off. For a couple frames the dress is there but she hasn't grown into it yet, then a frame or two of her being undersized inside it, followed by her filling it out.

That series always had fanservice that 'conveniently' never showed anything (other than butts, never a nipple).
