It would be the same question to ask why would you find something in japanese on there and yet its there I know that was a bit stupid, but it never hurts to check.
As far as I can tell those 2 belly love files you posted are the only ones theres one thats still running that was 200 some odd days ago but it does not say which board and it looks like the 7z on that you have there that was posted yesterday.
Well I have checked almost all the boards from 0chan all the way to zerochan for alternative hentai boards and request boards in case some one decided to single post a translated version and so far I've got nothing.
