So after several years of sexual antics and silliness (which also repeatedly made a fool of the male characters), he has the sudden epiphany that it's "demeaning to women," and also has the ridiculous idea that a "legit" writer isn't allowed to have any smut in their back catalogue?

Shit, man, look at Fifty Shades. Not only is it smut, it's REALLY BAD smut, but E.L. James has gotten rich and famous off of it. Besides, if he's that concerned, why not just use a friggin' pen name?
I was upset that he took the comics away without explanation, but now that we've gotten one and it's a really stupid explanation, I don't feel any better.
I hope someone's got the strips archived somewhere. *sigh*
