Well, it's to his credit that he did a final strip, I suppose. It's better than nothing, though it stings to say that. But I respect his reasons, and he's sure being nice about it.
Still, what really bothers me is that there will probably never be resolutions to any of the transformations or plot lines. After all, in a way, most transformations are like stories. They tend to come with a beginning, a middle, and... well, if not an end, then at least a parting shot. And with a dedicated narrative, we're even more invested! Now we're left hanging, never knowing how any of the shenanigans inflicted on the characters played out, leaving them in uncertainty. It's like a dozen broken promises.
But it's up to him, and I appreciate that he left us with a parting word. Though I don't know if I'll ever stop grumbling over the sudden termination of such an epic work of fetishism.
