As for Makai Tenshi Jibril 3 there will certainly be an abundance of corruption. Hikari is corrupted with a noticeable costume change. Corruption has been a theme throughout the series, Rika is corrupted in Makai Tenshi Jibril 2 I think, but there is not real change that can be garnished from the CG's...
As mentioned already, a lot of context on these games is lost without the text and voice work, a lot of the CG's rips also neglect to include the character 'paper dolls' that are used in between the CG events.
Another game to check out is
AliceSoft's Choukou Sennin Haruka
Great art and plenty of corruption. All the heroines have their own corrupted bad ends, and one I believe falls as part of the plot.
