Small breasts? Underage? Did any of you actually look at the whole sequence? She ends up with near D cups, wide hips, and what looks to be adult height. The character is not underage at all, it is a Very slow TG, and a very well done one.
Because the TG is slow the breasts take a while to fully form, and the hips and rear dont flare out until near the end making her look petit.
