So I was reading about games in VR and someone mentioned a Japanese game called Sexy Beach Premium Resort. I'm not usually into hentai games, but this one has an amazing character creator... and a tengu nose accessory that can be colored. I've attached a screen shot of the character creator with a basic attempt at a natural colored nose. It's pretty crazy in VR, even if the control scheme is a bit wacky.
The game isn't technically available outside of Japan, but there are
places you can find out about getting it. You'll also want the "[Launch DLC + Additional Data + Patch Vol.1 - 14]" and the HF-Patch to play in English.
