If anyone can help me to track down this specific sequence, I'd be very grateful.

A snooty, middle-aged female explorer and her male assistant come across a remote tribe in the jungle filled with young women. The tribe worships a fertility idol/statue. When the explorer comes into contact with the statue, she metamorphoses into one of the super-fertile native women.
